- Your Exchange Voucher including all details / requirements, billing instructions etc., must reach us at least 15 - 21 days prior to arrival at hotel, in order to enable us hold reservations on a confirmed basis.
- Reservations will be confirmed on the basis of room availability.
- Rates as quoted will be applied on the basis of the category of room confirmed/allotted.
- Check In / Check out Time is 12 Noon.
- For early arrivals prior to 0900 hours, booking will be considered from the previous day onwards and charged accordingly.
- All FIT bookings are held confirmed only against full advance payments by your local office directly with the hotels or through our sales office, at least 21 days prior to check in or at the time of room confirmation, whichever is later.
- All Group/Series reservations are held confirmed only subject to receipt of agency exchange order with rooming list & full advance payment, at least 30 days prior to date of check in or at the time of room confirmation, whichever is later.
Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In - 1200 Noon
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Check-Out - 1200 Noon
Later checkouts are available on request and subject to availability.
Guarantee Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency receipt. All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
- At the time of booking credit card guarantee is required.
- If room is cancelled 48 hrs before the arrival, there is no charge; if it is cancelled within 48hrs, 01 night room rent will be charged with taxes as retention fee.
Child Policy:
- Free for under 5yrs sharing the same bed.
- If extra bed is taken RS. 750 + taxes will be charged.
